Should you want to expedite your shipping process, we offer 2-day shipping as an option for an additional cost.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be unused, unwashed, and include the original packaging. A handling fee will be incurred on the returned items. To initiate a return, please visit returns.okapa.com

Every OKAPA bottle comes with a ONE YEAR warranty. If you experience issues with your bottle under normal use, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
