Should you want to expedite your shipping process, we offer 2-day shipping as an option for an additional cost.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be unused, unwashed, and include the original packaging. A handling fee will be incurred on the returned items. To initiate a return, please visit returns.okapa.com

OKAPA bottles are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. OKAPA will, at its discretion, repair or replace any confirmed defective product at no cost. Misuse, abuse, modifications, and normal wear are excluded. Proof of purchase may be required.
